It is based on several variables, including your specialty, number of providers, and average number of claims per month. Depending on the size of your practice, some clients may incur a monthly fee while others are based on a percentage of monthly payments applied. Our average billing fee ranges from 7.9% to 11.9%, and a portion of our clients do incur a one-time start-up fee.
